Open More, then Farms, and add a farm with its village and area.

Choose the farm when you add an expense or start work.

Do I have to add a farm?
No. Farms are optional. They help when you want totals per field or season.
Do reports include pending records?
Reports show confirmed records, so the totals match what both sides agreed.
