Open Farms. Add the farm name, village and correct area unit.

Add a plot under that farm, then the crop season and dates.

Choose the farm when adding work or expense if relevant.
What happens next
Farm is optional in work/expense. Archiving a farm is not deleting its earlier history.

Open Notifications (the bell) for changes that need your attention.

Open More → Reports for the recorded summaries.
- 3
For an amount mismatch, open the original person/entry and check status/history.
What happens next
Pending, rejected, private and confirmed records can appear differently; do not add them twice.
