Payments & settlements
Understand paid, received, pending and rejected.
5 scenarios Photo guide01Record money you paid
3 steps Photo guide
- 1
After paying outside Krushivadi, open the person → Settle up.
- 2
Check the receiver, amount and Cash/UPI/Bank method.
- 3
Tap Record this payment once. Wait for the receiver’s confirmation.
What happens next
For a registered receiver, I paid stays pending until confirmed. This button sends no money.
02Record money you have received
3 steps Photo guide
- 1
Open the person who owes you → Settle up → Money received.
- 2
Choose Full balance or Part of it, then the actual payment method.
- 3
Tap I received this payment only after the money has really reached you.
What happens next
A received record lowers what they owe immediately. The registered other person can dispute it.
03Confirm money received or reject it
3 steps Photo guide
- 1
Open the payment under Needs my confirmation on Home, or in Notifications.
- 2
Check your bank/cash receipt independently.
- 3
Tap Confirm receipt only if you received it; otherwise tap Not received.
What happens next
Confirming changes the balance. Rejecting a pending claim leaves the confirmed balance unchanged.
04Record a partial payment
3 steps Photo guide
- 1
Open Settle up and choose Change amount.
- 2
Enter only the amount actually paid, not the full remaining balance.
- 3
Review the remaining balance after the applicable confirmation.
What happens next
For ₹1,000 due and ₹300 confirmed paid, ₹700 remains. Never claim an unpaid amount.
05Settle a private person or a clear account
3 steps Photo guide
- 1
For a person without an account, record the payment in your private hisab.
- 2
No unregistered person is asked to confirm your private record.
- 3
If the balance is already zero, return to the person rather than paying again.
What happens next
Nothing to settle means this account is clear. A private record is not proof of the other person’s agreement.
